Short answer: no. Splashray M1 uses a controlled, low-pressure water stream designed for backyard fun. The impact feels like a soft splash — less than a pool cannonball.

That said, never aim at anyone's face, eyes, ears, or open wounds. Water pressure at close range on sensitive areas can cause irritation or injury. Aim at the torso, arms, or legs — not the head.

Recommended for ages 8 and up with adult supervision. Children under 14 should always be supervised during use. It's a great toy for family water fights, backyard parties, and pool days.

Not intended as a substitute for adult judgment — supervise young children, teach range and target rules, and take breaks.

No. Splashray M1 is designed with a clearly toy-like silhouette, bright accent colors, and visible water reservoir. It ships with a federally required orange safety marker on the muzzle.

That said, do not modify, paint over, or remove the orange tip. Do not carry or brandish the blaster in public spaces, on streets, near schools, at events, or anywhere it could cause alarm. Use it in private property: backyards, pools, campgrounds, and designated water-fight events only.

Splashray M1 is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Battery and electrical components are covered for 6 months. Warranty does not cover misuse, drops onto hard surfaces, modification, or normal wear-and-tear. Contact support with your order number and a description of the issue for warranty claims.

Charge with the included USB-C cable using any standard 5V USB-A power source (phone charger, laptop, power bank). Full charge takes about 30 minutes and delivers 3,000+ shots. Do not submerge the charging port. Let the blaster dry before plugging in. Do not leave the battery charging unattended for long periods, and do not use damaged cables.

Empty the tank after every use. Rinse with clean freshwater if you've used it in a pool (chlorine) or ocean (salt). Wipe down the exterior and let it air-dry before storing. Store indoors, out of direct sunlight and away from freezing temperatures. Do not disassemble the blaster or attempt internal repairs.

By using Splashray M1 you agree to the following. Please read it — this stuff matters.

• Water only. Never fill the tank with any liquid other than clean freshwater — no soap, dye, ice, hot water, alcohol, chemicals, or anything else. Doing so voids the warranty and can cause injury or property damage.
• Don't aim at faces, eyes, or ears. Aim at the torso, arms, or legs. Close-range spray at eyes can cause irritation or injury.
• Only spray people who consent. Do not use on strangers, pedestrians, delivery workers, first responders, or anyone who hasn't agreed to play. Do not use on animals.
• Not for public spaces. Do not use in streets, sidewalks, parks with 'no water play' rules, airports, government buildings, schools, or on public transit. Do not use inside stores, restaurants, or event venues without permission.
• Away from roads and vehicles. Never aim at moving cars, cyclists, motorcycles, drivers, or windshields. Water on a driver can cause a serious accident.
• Away from electrical hazards. Do not spray outlets, extension cords, phones, laptops, TVs, speakers, appliances, generators, or overhead power lines.
• Adult supervision for anyone under 14. Kids should be supervised at all times during use.
• Not a real weapon. Do not carry openly in public, do not point at law enforcement, and do not use to threaten or intimidate. This is a toy.
• You are responsible. Splashray and its retailers are not liable for injuries, property damage, disputes with neighbors, HOA violations, or legal issues arising from misuse. Use common sense. Have fun. Don't be that person.
